The “Buffalo” chair from design bureau “Svoya Studio” was featured in the CNN Review as one of the 10 most interesting objects, and in the main article of the French magazine “Le Figaro” dedicated to this event the “Tao” sofa of Ukrainian designer Pavel Vetrov for MODI was among the 8 best subjects of this huge exhibition. “Tao” has already been featured with the world's most prestigious design award for Red Dot Award 2016. This shows only one thing that the Ukrainian object design is accelerating with evolution, catching up with European colleagues, and moving in the right direction.

It is also remarkable that, unlike distinguished designers from the post-Soviet area, who represent either themselves or their studio, Ukrainian designers play as a team and show practically a national exposition. In addition to the main pavilion, which features exhibits from dozens of young designers from all over the world, an exhibition of 12 Ukrainian object designers was also shown at the Ukrainian Cultural Center in Paris.

Taking into account the general background of the huge exhibition Maison & Object, which hosts the Paris Design Week, the concept of the Ukrainian project "Transformation" was in the trend. According to the plans of the organizers Anastasia Biletska, Oksana Shevchenko and Olga Bogdanova, the Ukrainian project demonstrates a continuous process, as the design constantly changes the shell of objects, striving for its brightest manifestation, or vice versa, tends to simplify, trying to find the perfect form, devoid of all needless.

This is a very relevant direction in the development of design ideas. Today designers not only solve certain tasks and problems, but also strive to give the modern person new opportunities. You can use ideas to create your own business, for example, jewelry design. Modern design objects can not only transform the living environment of a modern person, but also her perception of environment. Ukrainian subject design is rapidly developing in line with this global trend.

Valery and Katerina Kuznetsova (decorkuznetsov) together with the designer of light Mykola Kabluka (Expolight) have created a light installation "Pulse of Life" using as a basis of installation your development - a recycling -creature "Entity".

"Pulse of life" is a really impressive light and sound object, pulsating inside the light source, as an alien form of life. Mykola Kabluka and Expolight ArtGlass presented the light installation "Depth". Dniprovsk Designers from design bureau “SVOYA Studio” showed the chair “BUFFALO” made on the production of D-borisov. The furniture brand of new thinking MoDi has presented the winner of the Red Dot Design Award in 2016 that is the sofa “Tao” designed by Pavel Vetrov. Slava Balbek demonstrated the transformation of design thinking in a chair BB0 from a personal collection of BB designer.
